Workshop based on the former student of the school Antoni Gaudí. Designed to explore the interplay between light and nature with space and form in the architectural and sculptural practices.
These sessions will offer a unique opportunity to investigate artistic and architectural spatial link. Participants will have the chance to analyze significant sites, including Park Güell or Sagrada Familia, facilitating an appreciation for the contextual influences on spatial design. We will also highlit the role of the sculpture in this spaces.
The tentative plan is to use alabaster and wicker to develop a variety of spatial proposals.
Each student will be encouraged to develop a unique proposal reflecting their interpretation of spatial dynamics, the student can choose work with alabaster or with wicker. This work will culminate in a global exhibition at “La Comella Forest” in Tarragona. This exhibition will showcase the students’ works, providing a platform for critical engagement and public presentation. The workshop is scheduled to take place at Campus Llotja Sant Andreu.
