This project represents an opportunity to explore fashion as a tool for personal expression and reflection on mental health and emotional well-being. Through collaborative workshops and seminars, taking place throughout the week, around 45 students will work together in a creative marathon that promotes self-awareness, the connection between body and mind, and the therapeutic power of personal expression through fashion.
The students will collaborate with mentors and professionals such as Estefania Mardones, Josep Abril, and Sol Prado to bring their interventions to life, merging dance, symbolic language, and stage costume design, creating experiences that transport the audience to an emotional universe, questioning and expanding the traditional boundaries of fashion design.
Dance students from the Institut del Teatre and Studio 13 Danza will be integrated into the creative process, shaping a collaborative space where fashion, the body, the mind, and self-awareness merge to create a profound impact.
The final outcome of this project will be embodied in an artistic video, spreading these ideas beyond the physical experience and contributing to raising awareness about the importance of fashion as a vehicle for emotional expression. From Wednesday, March 12, until April 4, the proposals generated will be on display in the «espai blanc.»

The program It is based on the dramaturgy created ad hoc by Estefania Mardones, based on testimonies from the students and under the premise of highlighting emotional well-being and mental health.
A bodily dramatization or happening will be created for five characters that will be played by students from the theater institute and will be staged on Wednesday, March 12 at the Rei Martí depot. The students, grouped into 5 mixed teams of 6 students, will hold a prior meeting on January 16 in which the groups will be composed and the statement will be given to them, so that they can work autonomously on the conceptualization, ideation and outline of the proposals. During their stay in Barcelona, each team will design and create a character/concept.
To begin the activity, the students will receive a lecture from the fugurinist and set designer Albert Pasqual, who will talk to us about costume design for theater and dramaturgy. On the same day [Tuesday 4/03], Estefania Madrones will present her proposal and provide guidelines and directions for the theatrical action. On Wednesday, the creation phase will begin, with a workshop with textile designer Sol Prado, with whom the teams will put into practice different creative methodologies to solve and specify each definitive proposal.
